HIPAA: "Temporary Back End Unavailable" problems accessing front and back end of jotform

    Getting a lot of 504 errors or the site being temporarily down. We have people trying to fill out forms online and your website isn't working. Anything we can do on our end differently? Reasons for this happening? Need things to work so I am not getting calls about the forms not working wasting my time. Could as easily just go old school pen and paper and would be easier than your site not working.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    This issue is now reported to our backend team. We have received an update from our team yesterday and said that the issue was caused due to database connection.

    I have escalated to them and we'll let you know once this issue is fixed.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
