HIPAA Forms: Getting "Temporarily back-end unavaialble" error message when submitting the form

    I trusted Jotform with my business, and you keep having outages. My customers have been getting the message "temporarily back-end unavailable" randomly recently. It's making my business look bad. These issues need to be fixed immediately, or Jotform will be issuing a full refund to me.

    When will these periodic outages be fixed? I will be moving off of Jotform soon if nothing is done to remediate.

    I have checked the form you linked and it is loading as expected on my end. However, I understand that the issue your customers are experiencing happens when they submit your form. Allow me to escalate the issue to our developers. Once we receive any update from them, we will notify you right away on this ticket.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
