Cannot view attachments or photos on my account.

    I've worked extensively with this form and the settings on it, and I'm having trouble with two things. 1: I have every setting I can think of set to include the form as a PDF attachment in the notification email, but that is not happening. All that's coming through is the text programmed in the notification email. 2: The people receiving the notification email, then subsequently clicking the edit form link (get URL) cannot view the images through the links in the form online. Are they able to do so? Please help.

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    Kindly note that this happened because the "Require log-in to view uploaded files." option is enabled in your account settings, therefore please disable it to allow users to access files on your account.
