Inbox: Download doesn´t work.

    I am having the same problem.

    @robinlevasseur: you need to be extremly quick when hovering from one item (e.g. "Download") to the next one (e.g. "Download as CSV"), then it works!

    @basil_A: is there a way to send you a screencast to show you the problem?

    Hello Martin,

    It seems that at times the hover menu does disappear if hovered over too slowly, but it seems that if you just move the mouse over quickly enough, the options will remain in place. Here is a screen capture I took of one of your Inbox pages:


    Also, please note that the exact same functionality is available on your Tables page where you can also download the CSV, PDF, or Excel files.

    Additionally, if you want to share a screen capture with us, you will need to install a screen recording software into and then upload your video to a cloud service, then you can share the video link with us so we can view it. You can also utilize a screen recording software that will convert the video into a GIF (i.e. LICEcap )and .gif files can be uploaded directly into the support ticket like any other image.

    Hi Felipe,

    thanks for the screen capture. I think it is quite obvious that this is not really user friendly. Can you please forward the issue to you dev team so they can have a look? If I find it hard to handle I can only imagine how difficult it will be for a 50+ year old non-techie without a gaming mouse :)

    Hey Martin,

    Yes, after some further testing on my end, I found that you are definitely right. I can see the issue that this bug could potentially cause for users. The scroll and hover menu should be smoother and more user friendly.

    Here is another screen capture of the issue that is occurring:


    I will certainly escalate this issue to our development team for further review. I cannot provide an ETA for the resolution of this issue, but as soon as we have any updates we will inform you immediately via this support ticket.

    In the meantime, you can go ahead and use the download options on the Tables page to avoid this bug. The same download functionality is included in the Tables page as is in the Inbox page.
