Stripe Integration: Clients unable to complete their purchase

    2. I created a seminar registration form and integrated it with stripe.

    The sandbox mode worked.

    However, clients complained that they could not complete their purchase.

    Are there any known issues with your stripe integration?

    I have checked the most recent forms you have accessed in your account and I only found 1 form that is integrated with Stipe (Δήλωση Συμμετοχής - Κάρτα). Kindly confirm if that is the form you are referring to.

    There is no known issue or any issue reported by other users with the Stripe integration.

    May we ask your help in describing the exact issue your respondents (clients) are having when they try to submit your form integrated with Stripe, please? You may also share with us a screenshot of the issue (How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum). Lastly, may we know if your form is embedded on a website, or is the form only being submitted from its direct link?
