type of form to select

Good day! I am working on creating a form. It will be called a showing request form. Basically I would like for my client to answer a series of questions regarding a home they would like to view. I then would like for this form to generate into an excel type of table. I want to be able to view this and leave a comment for the home my client has requested to view. Also when the client adds additional homes it will add on to this same form for this particular client and I would like for them to be able to view the form to see my comments but not be able to edit once they submit a request to me. Each of my clients will need one of these. Can you please tell me what you recommend. Thank you

You can add a new column to your table and use it to add your comments for each submission.

You can apply filters in the tables to view all submissions from one client.

Please clarify if you want your client to be able to see the homes added by the other clients? Or you only want to allow the clients to view their own submissions?

Clients should only be able to view their own individual submissions and my
comments intended for them only. Clients should not be able to see others
information or submissions.

In that case, you'll have to assign the forms to your clients and set up their permissions. Your clients will need a JotForm account to use your form and submissions as you've explained.
