As per to the instruction. You need to copy that code for you to be able to verify your email to be used as a sender's email on your notification settings.
a. Go to setup & Embed
b. Email Alerts
Click notification then Go the Recepient Settings.
Now Click add sender email.
To be able to use that Verification code you need to insert that here.
Now once your done, click finish.
You will now be able to set your configured email as the Sender email after this set-up.
