HIPAA: Receiving 504 error once the form is submitted

    Now...when I try to access the form a blank page comes up---not even a 404. Just a blank page

    Hi Steph.Cecchini,

    We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. It causes few issues with the HIPAA servers. We already alerted our developers. Our developer team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes.

    Your situation also forwarded to our developer team in this thread and another.
