Where is the money collected from our form?

We have received 19 submissions and have not received any deposits to our square. Could you please let us know where this money is? We have all the receipts to each payment.

The payment goes directly to your chosen payment processor.

Since you have integrated Square into your form, kindly contact Square support to trace the payment.

You can provide them the transaction ID which you can see for each submission that has an amount in it.
