lost submission (error screen)

    Hello,

    Was trying to submit a survey (with notable effort on open-ended comments like a half hour of time), received an error, and tried to resubmit - thought this was my submission:

    https://form.jotform.com/210357369550154

    And it could be that it is the form id? Is my submission lost? Do survey submissions time out? More for my reference - should I prep my answers in a word document and past them in.

    The link you have provided is the form's URL.

    Unfortunately, there is no way to retrieve your submission since it has not received our servers.

    Please note that some browsers, especially mobile browsers, sometimes force a reload.

    As such, it would be a good idea if you would indeed prep your answer in an external file.
