My integration between Jotform and Zoho CRM is not saving,

    HI There,

    I have mapped all the fields, login into and authenticated with Zoho CRM and its not saving on Jotforms side, not sure what to do

    Greetings Ian,

    I've cleared your form cache. Kindly check it again in a different browser. If you are still unable to save the integration then please let us know the settings you are trying to apply and we will try to save them from here.

    I do see the integration here and I've noticed that the "Trigger your workflows in Zoho CRM" is currently set to "NO". However, in the screenshot looks like you are trying to save it to "Yes".
