I am building a form. The user selects a number of churches and the output should be sent to every church they select (check jpg screenshot).

I know i can automate most of it through Zapier / Integromat, but i want to know how i can add hidden e-mail fields to the church selection screen.

Somehow my form should tell Zapier to what e-mails the output should go to, right?

If i can solve that, i can upgrade Jotforms!

    Greetings,

You can add short text fields or email fields for each church and pass the value using condition in the corresponding field.

Then create the following conditions to insert email addresses in the short text fields.

You can create conditions for all 4.

You can hide these fields in the form so your users can not see them and you can easily use them in the Zapier integration.

    You're cloned form URL: https://form.jotform.com/210422625070947

You can clone it using the guide below.

Hi Rehan, epic beard by the way!

I will try to do this with a dropdown instead of a single text. If it works all of our churches might come along and thats 277 of them (with simple text that brings us to a additional 277 pages hahaha).

Thanks for the help, i will fabricate something nice!

    Cheers,
