Incorrect password for form encryption

I try to create a password to encripted form but said that is wrong password

Witch password I need to enter first?

May we know if you're logged through your Google account?

If yes, you would have to create a password first for your JotForm account.

To do this, kindly reset your password by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/489-how-to-reset-jotform-account-password

A rest instruction would be sent to your account email address.

Once you have setup a new password, you may use that to enable form encryption.
