Please note that you can share the submissions with other users. You can also filter submissions or group by submissions in JotForm Tables, but the Share option will share the whole table. This would allow other users to see all the submissions data. Unfortunately, there is currently no option to share specific submissions.

Yes, the data will be updated when the user edits and resubmits the form. Please have a look at our user guide on : How to Setup Salesforce Integration
