I can see two active forms on your account. Can you share what specific issues are you having and which of these two forms?
As checked, there's no problem with the account there should be no issues in submitting the forms. I also tried accessing them and it loaded fine on my end.
Please describe the issue in detail so we can check further.

We are not able to see your screenshot, but I assume that you referring to the "You have exceeded form view limits" email.
Please ignore that email. It was sent in error, because of a temporary issue on our end.
