ASAP: NEED ACCOUNT UNLOCKED ASAP

    We are locked out of our account. We are typing the new password that was created last week. We need to get into the system ASAP! Can you please unlock this sooner than the "wait a few hours?"

    If you recently reset your password, please make sure you are using the most updated one. HIPAA compliance accounts are usually locked out after multiple failed login attempts. I have now flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login now.
