PDF Report is not downloading: "Error while creating submission PDF on Inbox. PDF Details: null"

    Good Morning,


    I am currently having an issue with the submissions of forms titled "Employee COVID-19 Self Screening Questionnaire V2". It is setup to send an email with the PDF attachment on every submission. It is not doing this.

    My normal fix for this is to clear the data from the device that is used for submission and then it normally works itself out. In the meantime I usually go into the submissions section of Jotform and download the submissions as a PDF, however when I go to do this, the following string pops up and I am unable to download.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

    I have gone ahead and tried downloading the PDF from the Tables page and the Inbox page but could not replicate any issue.

    The PDF downloaded successfully.

    Could you please check if you are still unable to download the PDF?

    Could you please clear your browser cache and see if the issue persists or try in the incognito mode.
