I forgot my password and have been trying to reset it, each time I get the email and press to reset, it tells Reset code expired.

Hello Tammy,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
I cannot find an account registered with your email address. However, I see you have an active Session on a form created on our form builder. If this is where the reset is used, I would suggest creating an account instead.
If you are registered as a Form User, we cannot search it through our support dashboard. We suggest creating the account, so you'll be registered as Free User.
