how do I fix form with existing e-mail

    started to sign up and deleted password, now I can't sign in with personal e-mail account

    started to sign up before viewing helpful hints. deleted original password, but can't start over with e-mail entered, form won't let use of email to start over with different password.

    Could you please try to login into your account with the username bcconnel or email address bcconnel@verizon.net.

    If you do not remember the password then you may reset the password.
