Unable to set autoresponse -- they are not receiving the email

    Hello,

    I'm trying to set up the autoresponder email. I'm following the instructions provided but it still does work. The person filling out the form is not receiving a reply email. Please advise.

    I have checked your form's parameters and everything looks fine.

    Would you mind if we do a test submission on your form so we can check the email being sent (or not sent)?

    Hello,

    I just tested again and as the submitter I did not get an email.   As the created of the form, I received that email.

    Checking the form in question, I've seen that the Auto-responser email users your custom Sender Email as shown below.

    Can you please change it to noreply@jotform.com so we can further investigate where the issue is?
