We are using the Appointments app/google calendar integration. Two problems occur when customer wants to update/cancel an appointment:
- original appointment still appears blocked out when the next user comes along to fill out the form to make an appointment. (Most serious problem).
- original appointment stays live on our Google calendar view (in addition to new appointment time).
Both these occur, even when we have done the following:
- checked"create new event" box in the google calendar integration, as recommended by https://www.jotform.com/answers/2360871-on-my-schedule-calendar-it-doesnt-delete-the-old-appointment
- manually deleted the original appointment from the Jotform table
- manually deleted the original appointment from the google calendar
How best to address this?

1. original appointment still appears blocked out when the next user comes along to fill out the form to make an appointment. (Most serious problem).
As I correctly understand - you want to submit a one-time slot for multiple users. Am I correctly understand your request?
You can free up the time-slot by deleting the submission related to that slot, or you can set slots available for multiple users:
Guide for the submissions deleting: How-to-delete-form-submission-data
2. original appointment stays live on our Google calendar view (in addition to new appointment time).
As I know, we can add the appointments to the Google calendar. However, after that, you can not update it via JotForm.
You can edit it right in Google Calendar.
Please, take my apologies if I understand you incorrectly. Could you elaborate more on your request in this case?
Thank you!
Alex
