How can I get a copy of a contract form with a signature?

Hi, I created a contract for my coaching services. My client signed it and is asking for a copy of it. However, I don't know if that's possible. All I see is the submission but it's not on the actual form. Is there a way for me to give her a copy of the signed form for her records? If not, how can I get her something and how can I do this in the future so a copy is sent to the client?
