Dear Team
I need to free upload space, seems like the few submissions i have received this month have used up almost all the monthly100MB. Can i delete those submissions (and all the uploaded files) without affecting the Spreadsheets and Drive integrations. My integrated spreadsheet is syncing to several other personal files and changing data in it could result in disaster to my organization's overall data management.

If you delete your submissions from JotForm, they will only delete from JotForm and it will not affect anything uploaded to your Google Drive.

internal docs of our organization. If something is deleted from the
jotform-integrated spreadsheet, then we are in trouble. i just want to make
sure it would not happen before i proceed to delete submissions from jotform

No, when you delete a submission from your form then it will not get removed from the Google Integrated sheet.
However.

Please take note that after deleting submissions of a form, and then you delete the google sheet integration
And reintegrate either using an existing sheet or creating a new sheet, it will not show the deleted submission.
You will notice that the deleted submission is not in the sheet anymore.
It is always a good idea to have a backup of your submission data before any changes made.
