It is not recognizing my current password therefore not allowing me to change
my password. Elizabeth.Fanton45@gmail.com We are trying to set up a Jot form
but can't get past this.

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.
I have checked your account and I can see that your account email address is currently elizabeth.fanton45@gmail.com. If you are trying to reset the account password, you will need to use that exact account email address to request a password reset link. If you enter an incorrect email address, the password reset link will not send.
