How does this form help me in finding my cat?

I am missing my cat. I look for a trained dog to search my cat.

However, you can use this form as a way to track your cat, if that is your purpose. You can share it with people in your area and ask them to submit it with information. Other than that, there is no other JotForm service or feature that is offered to find lost animals. Perhaps you may want to contact your local animal shelter.
