Field service work order template

Is there a way to pass variables into a form from a smartsheet or similiar source? We want to have a field service tech get a link or unique login that would bring up their work order form on their mobile device prefilled with customer address, scope of work, etc. Then the tech would complete deliverables on a task list, enter their notes, and obtain signature from customer.

Does this functionality exist within JotForm?

Hi, thank you for contacting support.

If you are using a spreadsheet file, you may want to try using the Spreadsheet to form widget. It allows you to upload your spreadsheet to your form and use the values you have on the spreadsheet to pre-populate your form.

Using a unique code that is present on every row of your spreadsheet, you can access that specific row that matches the unique code.

The values are automatically populated on your form fields, as long as the spreadsheet column headings match your form field labels.
