    Hi,

I have a couple of questions:

    1. I understand that we will need to upgrade our plan in order to change the URL to include our company name instead of JotForms. What's the price to do this?
    2. We want the submitted forms to come in as a link instead of an attachment. Is this possible in any way?
    3. Our settings show that our form is 'Public' and when I switch it to 'Private', the person I share the link isn't able to view the form. It is a bit confusing to me how that setting works.
    4. Is there a direct number to reach out to you?

    Hello @Texas_Service,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support. Please allow me to answer your questions here below.

    1) If you want to display your own company domain on your forms instead of JotForm's you will need to sign up for JotForm Enterprise. If you are interested in JotForm Enterprise, and the Single Sign-on integration, at rest encryption, custom server URL, unlimited storage, dedicated live support, and many other features, you can use this link to view all of the features and prices - https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/

Use this link contact our enterprise sales team directly to request a live demo - https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/contact-sales/

    2) Are you referring to the PDf attachments for your submission that arrive via email? If so, you can simply select to receive the PDF link instead of the attachment. Here is a screenshot for reference:

if this is not what you are talking about, please elaborate on what you mean and we will be happy to help.

    3) Private forms can only be viewed and filled out by those that you assign to the form. Form Assignees must have JotForm accounts in order to accept the invitation to your form. Here are a couple of helpful user guides for assistance:

    4) Unfortunately, no, we do not currently provide phone support. However, we are more than happy to address your questions and concerns, here via our online support forum.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
