If you haven't then please kindly read our guide on https://www.jotform.com/help/33-changing-the-file-upload-size-limit where it is mentioned that:

• 1GB is the max upload size for JotForm. This applies to the Single File Upload field. If you enable Multiple File Upload, the max file size is capped at 100MB. 
• JotForm maximum number of files = Recommended value is up to 25 files per submission

If you want, we can forward this as a feature request ticket to our developers for possible implementation. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

Kindly confirm do you want to cancel a subscription and downgrade back to free?
