I have a question - after people submit a form - where all this information goes to?

As I understand it can not directly connect to the Klavyio list, is that right? And I will need to use another paid app to connect this thing...

Also if that is a multiple choice test - how and where do I get a full picture of the submitter, his answers?

The data received from the form submissions are stored on our servers is encrypted and secured.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have a direct integration with Klavyio.
