Is it possible to share a only filtered table result?

    I have submissions from numerous clubs. Judges are being assigned specific clubs. Is is possible to share link to table with just the filtered clubs and not all the submissions? I've created various tables with my form and shared the link with filtered sort but unfortunately the all information shows up not just the filtered. Help please! thanks, Caroline

    Hello Caroline,

    Unfortunately it's not possible to share table to view a certain or filtered set of submissions, as you've experienced sharing table will be with all its data, I've escalated this option to our developers to consider adding it as a feature, although we won't be able to provide you a time frame for when this feature would be implemented, but we will notify you through this ticket once we have an update.

    I believe the alternative option is to export the selected or filtered submissions to an excel sheet that you can send it to your judges, please check this guide for more details.

    Correct me if I'm wrong but the problem is once you export to excel then
    it's a one way path. So what's the point if editing entry information on
    excel if doesn't relate back to the data entry on jotforms. Will I
    have to manually update things in excel? Am I missing something?
    Besides your tables are so awesome and easy to use!
    For now I think I'm just going to create more forms so I don't have to do
    this sort. It just seems the easiest work around for now but hope you can
    figure out how to link filtered tables...that would have been a home run!

    If you want to allow your user's to edit submission, yes creating a separate form for each club is the best option available currently.

    Alternatively you can also integrate your form with Google spreadsheet in which edit link URL will be added for each submission. You can filter the submissions based on club, copy the rows in Excel file and share it with respective users.
