Form over quota

    Hi there,


    We are having some trouble with our closing and delays that we use jotform for. We had a few let gos at our job and Sarah Smith, who set up the snow closing and delays was part of it.


    I know I reached out recently about our Sussex market with their snow closings but now its for the Poughkeepsie markets.

    Here is a screen shot on what we and the listeners are seeing on the page:

    Please let us know how this can be fixed. We are expecting a decent amount of snow and a good amount of schools use this program with us.

    Greetings,

    I checked that your Silver monthly plan has ended since last year on April 2020.

    Currently your account is currently on Starter (Free) plan, your account has 1.49GB and it is over the uploads size limit for Starter(Free) plan. That is why your forms are disabled.

    Please follow the steps mentioned here to upgrade your account again https://www.jotform.com/help/331-how-to-upgrade-my-account

    Once upgraded, your forms will be activated again.
