Hello,
I can see that you have opened multiple tickets related to your submission limits. Please note that each time you open a ticket related to the same issue, it goes to the bottom of the queue and will get delayed in responding.
I can see that you are on the Gold plan. If you exceed the limit, then your account and forms get disabled, but you will get a warning/reminder email first.
To increase that count there are two options:
1 - Use our Get more feature on your account: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/getMore - but that will not increase the limit by a huge amount.
2 - Move your account to the Enterprise plan. You can contact our Enterprise sales team for that who can help you with the migration: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/contact-sales/. You can check the Enterprise pricing here: https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/pricing/
But please note that after that you will remain on the Enterprise plan itself.
