Questions on how I can automate the process?

I'm selling digital service(s). I want the client to fill out a questionnaire form (on my website or when I email the client the form) when done - click the submit button. I want automation to transfer the items, quantities and some data on the questionnaire into a quote, which I can then price the service(s) and email the client a quote for the service(s) the client asked about in the questionnaire.

The client sees the quote when they open the email. The Client can click a button to Accept & Pay. When clicking the Accept & Pay button it will direct them to a checkout page on my website.

All the client has to do is enter the method of payment with required fields. The total amount will be the price I quoted the client. After payment verification, I want client to be redirected to a “submit files form” on a different page on my website.

The Client can submit files later if they want to. A reminder “submit files form” will automatically be emailed to the client if they don’t submit files after payment.

Can you tell me ways of accomplishing this? Ok

1). The client sees the quote when they open the email. — You can send them the form URL via email https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

2). The Client can click a button to Accept & Pay. — You can use the payment integration here https://www.jotform.com/help/323-mastering-payment-form-integrations-with-jotform

3). When clicking the Accept & Pay button it will direct them to a checkout page on my website. — You can use the redirect thank you page method here https://www.jotform.com/help/38-redirecting-users-to-a-different-page

4). After payment verification, I want client to be redirected to a “submit files form” on a different page on my website. — Same with #3, you can just redirect them to your site's thank you page.

5). The Client can submit files later if they want to. A reminder “submit files form” will automatically be emailed to the client if they don’t submit files after payment. — This feature isn't supported by Jotform, it doesn't have a way to remind them that their form is missing a file upload. You might be able to do this externally on your site using a custom code. If you want to incorporate it with Jotform, you can download your form source and create your own script.
