How do I access my form when it says it has been deleted?

I need help please. Recently, something happened to my laptop that it cleared all files, data, passwords, etc. I was also logged out from all sites including Jotform. Apparently, when I logged back in, it said that I had no forms even if I had never deleted any before. I can still view my form at https://form.jotform.com/202901268679059 but I can't seem to have access to it or even edit it, and I need it SO BAD. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME.
