Entries not flowing to Google Sheets

    I have a form, Completed Return Form (Jotform). It seems not all entries are flowing into google sheets. The issue is Im losing faith with Jotform with this happening.


    It has happened 5 times:


    • Alexis Beverly - 2/12 @ 15:43
    • Sheri Salas - 2/9 @ 15:19
    • Nathan King - 2/6 @ 14:48
    • Matthew LeComte - 2/5 @ 18:41
    • Victor Cottrell - 2/2 @15:37

    Hi there,

    Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. You can delete the integration you currently have and reintegrate it with Google Sheets.

    This will fix any issues the integration may have and it will also upload all the existing submissions that you currently have in the Google Sheet again. Let us know if the issue persists.
