Transfer forms between accounts

Hi, per https://www.jotform.com/help/342-how-to-transfer-or-share-forms-and-data-with-another-account, I would like to move two forms to a new account:

1. https://form.jotform.com/201466372336151
2. https://form.jotform.com/201195733501145

They are owned by the account toolsadmins and I would like to transfer them to USDR. Please let me know if you need anything else from me!

Sure we can help with the transfer, but we need to receive the request for form transfer from toolsadmins.

Hence please log into toolsadmins and then reply to this ticket and we can initiate the transfer.

Hi, understood—when I try to view the ticket when logged in as toolsadmins, I get an unauthorized access error. What's the best way to proceed?
