Error in Selecting Date on Jotform

    My customer has been unable to select the date she needs in my Sleepover Request Form. It seems to be linked to apple users (iPad, iPhone compatibility). In this scenario, she is trying to select Friday 7:00 AM as her check in but the only date she can choose is Saturday, even though she is submitting the request on Monday. Could you please assist with this issue? It has happened to her on three different occasions.

    It seems that the screenshot was taken from an old date since it's now February and the date shown in your screenshot is still January.

    I just tested your form now and I am able to select a Friday 7:00AM time slot.

    Can you please ask your user for a more recent screenshot?

    It looks like your message was truncated.

    Nevertheless, unfortunately, we can no longer trace the issue that occurred last January.

    It could be a temporary issue at that time since based on my latest test, I am not able to replicate the issue.

    Do let us know if you're still having this issue.
