Redirect at end of form is no longer working.

Hello:

This is the form with the issue: Journeys in Community Job Application (jotform.com)

At the end, after hitting submit, it should redirect to: https://www.journeystn.org/getemployed.html

However, it has stopped doing this. Multiple applicants have called us about it and I just tested myself.

After I have submitted the form I was correctly redirect to the link: https://www.journeystn.org/getemployed

I believe the issue is only occurring on mobile and I do not believe it is an issue with Jotform after all, but instead an issue with our own Website, which I am currently looking into. For some reason, use of any shorturls on mobile site (journeystn.org/getemployed is being redirected to the site index instead). Anywho. You may archive on your end. Thanks and sorry for the bother!

It was definitely an issue on our side on the mobile version only. I've updated our site's code and the problem is no longer occurring. Again, I apologize for your time. Thanks!
