    Test Preview and Source Code not the same

    Asked by mrrcomp on November 10, 2013 at 07:09 AM

    I am embedding source code to my website. On the preview test page here the labels and fields are on the same line. When I put it on my website they Labels are above the fields?

    Below is the beginning of the code

    <form name="form_32021673537450" class="jotform-form" id="32021673537450" action="http://submit.jotform.me/submit/32021673537450/" method="post" accept-charset="utf-8">

    The webpage is http://www.wellnesschoices.net/Signup

    Would appreciate your input

    Hi Meir,

    From what I have checked so far, this is due to the script conflict between the form and those scripts that exist on the web page where you have embedded the form.

    What I can suggest you can do is to create a separate html page for the form using its source code (since you probably have reason for using the source), and then embed the html page using an iframe tag into your website page http://www.wellnesschoices.net/Signup .

    Hope this workaround fixes the issue.

    Please inform us if you need further assistance.
