Upload issues

    I am having trouble with several potential clients having issues with not being able to upload pics on to my nbr application jotform. Could you take a look to see if something is wrong with my settings? I had 1 go through, 3 message me that it wouldn't in the same week?? I thought maybe it was type of pic, but my assistant said when she tried, the button to submit the pic wasn't working. Thank you!

    Yes, the file upload field is unresponsive on your form.

    It seems like a form cache issue. I cleared that on your account and now the file upload fields are working fine.

    Do check and let us know.
