im testing the emails they go through but field information isnt showing everything else is

    I am not clear what you mean. Are you missing one of the answers on the emails? If so, please try deleting the email and then re-creating it.
    1. Click on "Setup and Share" tab,
    2. Click on "Email Alerts",
    3. Select "Notification",
    4. Click on "Delete Email" button,

    Then re-open Email Alerts and create a new Notification email.
