Morning,
I was hoping someone could help me please. I am struggling to create a form that functions the way I need it to.
I am offering a custom portrait service, where clients need to book my time. Its a full working day per portrait, but if they want multiple people in the artwork, it adds additional an additional working day to the booking, but at a discounted rate per additional person.
My hope was to create a form where I can gather the information, and then they can select how many people they want and it calculates the cost, and then it works out when in a diary I am free for the days required for them to book my time, and blocks those days out for others when booked.
I'm struggling to explain this properly so I hope this make sense.
Thank you in advance

Hello Adam,
You could use an appointment field on your form for your users to book the date and time - https://www.jotform.com/blog/how-to-schedule-an-appointment/
There are options to show your vacation/holiday dates.
Once a particular time slot is selected, it can be disabled for the next submission, if group attendee is selected and Max attendee per time slot is set up as 1:
Do check and let us know if this would suit your requirement.
