    devo prenotare urgentemente il vaccino COVID

    ho seguito il link 

    e ho fatto il signup.

    ora non mi fa fare il login.

    per favore aiutatemi perchè ho urgenza di prenotare

    Hi Luciana! Kindly note that this is a private form. You can only fill this form if it has been allowed by the form owner. Kindly contact the form owner whose form you're filling and ask them to allow your email address as well.

    Once allowed, you'll be able to login to your Jotform account (should be the same email address) and then fill this form.

    Make sure that you signed up to Jotform using the same email address on which you received the invitation link. Also, you should have received an email verification link in your Inbox, make sure that you verify your email address as well.

    yes, emil is verified and i already checked it . this form pops out

    some advice?

    Did you check already if the link they sent me is correct? 

    It's week end so the people that created the form are not reachable until monday and I need to book my COVID vaccine asap! Please help

    Hi LC,

    Yes: the link to the form is correct.

    I wonder if perhaps the form owner had sent the form invitation to another of your email addresses?

    We do need permission from the form owner to go into their original form and check; however, I cannot see that the invitation was sent to your email Is there another email the invitation could have gone to?

    When you are logged in to your Jotform account and attempt to access the form again, do you receive the same error message?

    We await your response.

    This morning the form owners sent an email to all the people invited , in
    response to the many complaints received.
    They say that many people could not enter the form since the number
    of available booking dates was already assigned!
    thank you for your efforts, but it's their fault (not yours or mine...)
