Hello,
I have contacted JotForm multiple times now with no resolution... for back end server issues being down weekly and now 504 errors on my form. I need someone to look into this issue right now. An average time of 4 hours and 30 minutes is ridiculous. That is half my business's workday. What is the point of offering a service if you cannot keep up with the volume on a daily basis? Please see my attachment and resolve the issue asap. I have cleared the cache on my browser, device and form so please do not recommend that as a fix.
