HIPAA Compliance Upgrade "Something Went Wrong" Error while form migration.

    I signed up for the Silver Plan so I can get HIPAA Compliance. I have signed the HIPAA Business agreement a few times, but then it doesn't take me to migration of forms. I already have a few forms created, how do I get them to be Hipaa compliant and how do I know? I just tried on my phone as well.

    Please try using a different internet browser. You can follow this guide on how to upgrade to HIPAA: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-how-to-upgrade-to-hipaa-compliance

    I tried 3 different browsers, on two of them it gets to form migration then it freezes. On my phone if i click on the BAA link it takes me to a black screen. I am attaching a picture of my computer where it says 0 out of 13 form migrated( I don’t even have 13 forms...) but it stays like that and doesn’t move... When I refresh on form migration it says “something went wrong “.

    Hello,

    I checked your account and it is still not HIPAA compliant. I suggest upgrading your Silver account to HIPAA. You can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/500-how-to-upgrade-to-hipaa-compliance

    I signed up 2 days ago with the Silver Plan and have paid for it already...

    Hi again,

    You shouldn't be able to upgrade to HIPAA because the "Encryption" option has been enabled on your account. Normally, you should have been seen an error message about the encryption option before upgrading HIPAA but you couldn't see this message because of a problem on our side.

    I apologize for the inconvenience. You can start HIPAA migration after disabling this option from the account page. Please disable the "Encryption" option on the account page (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount). Check the following screenshot for finding this option.
