    Guten Abend,

    ich habe erst vor 2 Tagen mein Konto upgegraded - allerdings dachte ich, ich könnte mit den Funktionen umgehen und auf meiner neuen Website integrieren. Leider war der Kauf deshalb leider in meinem Fall sinnlos und würde gerne nach einer Erstattung bitten.

    To cancel the Bronze Monthly subscription of your account and prevent it from renewing for the next billing cycle, please cancel the subscription on your PayPal account.

    Once the subscription is canceled in PayPal, kindly contact us again so we may put your account back to the free subscription and forward a refund request for your last payment.

    Hi,
    I’m sorry for the late reply, I didn’t saw your email. Unfortunately it is
    not possible for me in the German PayPal to cancel a subscription!

    It has already reflected on our end that you have canceled your account's Bronze Monthly subscription on your PayPal account.

    Since that is the case, I have downgraded your account back to the free subscription and requested a full refund for your last payment. The refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
