We have a form and when it's downloaded to PDF not all the data is being included.
This is the form https://www.jotform.com/advocatrescue/records
For instance, in the attached Screenshot, the microchip and the history didn't appear on the downloaded PDF also attached.
It seems that fields that were added or edited after the form was originally created are missing.
How can we have all used fields populate to PDF?

Hi team,
You can create a new PDF document and it will have all the fields that you currently have in your form.
Please try it and let us know if you need further assistance.
