    Hi Guys

Is there anyway to have an encrypted form populate a Google Sheet with the data entry not being encrypted? We want the form to be secure, but the field information needs to be visible in the Google Sheet. I hope that makes sense???

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid that the feature you are looking for is not available. There is no option that will automatically decrypt the data that is being sent to Google Spreadsheet via Google Sheets integration. You can, however, download the decrypted submission data from the JotForm Tables page into an Excel file.

Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hi Mike

Thanks for the quick response. Can you describe the workflow to automate the process to download the encrypted data into an excel spreadsheet? We are planning on a couple 100 registrations that we want to automate as much as possible. Do you guys provide any customization support? If we were to send you the student registration form we are trying to replicate online would someone be able to provide the best way to go about it?

    Hi Mike
I have attached the form we would like to create an online version of the form. I want to ensure we are using the best workflow to collect the course selection information that we are looking for. If you provide contract or design services, I would be interested depending on the cost.

Unfortunately it is not possible to automate this process the download the submissions of encrypted form. The only option available is to go to form's table which will decrypt the submissions you have received, and then you can download the submissions. Please check the screenshot below:
