Approve or Deny

I missed something somewhere. How to I as the administrator know that something is passed or denied.

I have approval set up but where do I see that updated in my templates.?

I checked your form https://www.jotform.com/210333387636153 and could not see any specific field for approval/denial.

Do you want to add such a setup in your form or have you already added that to any form in your account?

Mostly what you can do is add a Single choice field with Approve, Deny as options and show them on the form only when you edit the submission.

So when users are filling the form, it will stay hidden. When you edit the submission from your submission page, you can see the field and either approve or deny - the result will then be visible on your submission page.
