If we downgrade our form when we don't need it will the information we have from previous events be saved for next years event?

We are running an anual fundraising event that needs the form to run for a couple of months a year. If we downgrade our form when we don't need it will the information we have from previous events be saved for next years event?

Thank you for reaching out.

Your data will be saved and will not be erased.

After a long time of not signing in, your account will be detected as dormant, and you will receive an email asking you to log-in to keep your account active.

You should be fine, but I would recommend you to export your data to avoid any issue.
